Breaux Companies Host Family Day Event
Breaux Petroleum Products and Breaux Energy Services brought employees and their families together on Saturday, August 22, for a day of celebration, connection, and friendly competition at Rock’n’Bowl in Lafayette, Louisiana.
Family Day welcomed employees and their families from across South Louisiana for an opportunity to spend time together away from the day-to-day routine. With bowling, food, prizes, and live entertainment from Rewind Band, the event was designed to celebrate not only the people who make Breaux successful, but also the families who support them along the way.
Throughout the afternoon, employees and their families took to the lanes for open bowling and a Family Day bowling competition. Bowlers competed for first- and second-place honors in both adult and youth divisions, with trophies awarded to the day’s top finishers.
Between games, employees from different departments and locations had the opportunity to catch up, introduce their families, and connect with coworkers they may not regularly see during the workday.
The celebration also included a prize raffle, giving attendees the chance to take home a variety of prizes before the afternoon came to a close.
In addition to the day’s activities, employees celebrating a milestone anniversary were recognized. This year, five Breaux employees celebrating 10 years of service with the company were honored:
- Eric Breaux, Warehouse Manager
- Kimberly Businelle, Sales Representative
- Werner Land, Terminal Manager
- Mike Pryor, Vice President of Sales
- Max Zant, Purchasing Manager
Each honoree was recognized for a decade of dedication and for the contributions they have made throughout their time with Breaux.

to celebrate our employees alongside the people who support them every day. We’re incredibly grateful for the dedication our team brings to Breaux, and it’s special to be able to step outside of work, spend time together, and share that appreciation with their families as well.”
Events like Family Day provide a meaningful opportunity to bring employees and their families together, strengthen connections across the company and celebrate the larger community that has helped shape Breaux for more than a century.
