Official Statement on Hurricane Ida

Our Lockport facility was severely impacted as a result of a direct hit from the storm. At this time, we are focusing our resources on supporting critical infrastructure and those who are working tirelessly to get the community back online as well as current customers. We are increasing our operational capacity each day and are committed to helping rebuild the communities who were impacted by this devastating storm. Our Lake Charles facility continues to operate as normal and is assisting our Southeast Louisiana operations as available.

Our incredible staff of employees—most of whom have endured damages of their own—have stepped up to the plate to ensure we are able to provide the much-needed resources to our community’s first responders, customers, and residents who are starting the long road to recovery.

As we embark on the challenging path ahead, our thoughts and prayers remain with all of those affected by this storm. We are in this together and we will come back even stronger.
