Longtime Industry Professional Joins Breaux Petroleum

Breaux Petroleum Products, a leading provider of quality fuel and lubricant products and services, today announced the appointment of C. H. “Chuck” Young as a senior consultant for the company.

Young brings 39 years of experience as a leading maintenance management professional in the offshore industry, both in the Gulf of Mexico and internationally. Most recently, Young served as maintenance superintendent for Anadarko Petroleum where he retired in December 2019. Young has extensive knowledge in machinery management, maintenance processes, material inventory, and humanitarian relief.

In his capacity as senior consultant for Breaux Petroleum, Young will provide expertise and strategy around company initiatives including reliability services, sales, and business development. He will work alongside Breaux Petroleum’s team of senior sales and key account leadership.

The addition of Young as a senior consultant comes as part of the company’s continued effort to bolster its rapid growth since opening a second facility in Lake Charles in 2017. Since that time, Breaux Petroleum has increased its geographical footprint as one of the leading providers of fuel and lubricants throughout South Louisiana and has further expanded its portfolio of services with a focus on industrial-related reliability.

“We are excited to welcome Chuck to the Breaux team and look forward to the opportunity to leverage his expansive industry knowledge and expertise,” said Leon “Bud” Breaux, III, company president. “His decades-long experience will be instrumental to the continued growth of our robust portfolio of services as well as a true value-add for our current and future customers.”
